Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.">
  • Maintain office organization by ensuring all documents are filed correctly, supplies are stocked, and workspaces are tidy.">
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.">
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.">
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for team members, ensuring appointments and meetings are efficiently coordinated.">
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.">
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.">
  • Maintain and update office policies, procedures, and systems as needed.">
  • Assist with general bookkeeping duties, such as processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.">
  • Support HR functions such as coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an office setting.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.">
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.">
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office equipment.">
