Accounting Manager Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. This includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, such as managing cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing guidance on financial matters. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance is required, along with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus, as well as experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Netsuite
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills required
