Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our team of skilled Annotators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and project management, with a focus on performance coaching and team building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the team for annotation projects, coaching team members to enhance their performance, and managing staff turnover effectively.

They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on team performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as possessing proficiency in settlement processing and other administrative tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interfacing with management, while high sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the team for annotation projects.
  • Coach team members to enhance their performance.
  • Manage staff turnover effectively.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs.
  • Process settlements and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with management.
  • Report and plan for unexpected situations.
  • Learn requirements and skills for specific tasks, such as identifying specific content in an image or video, writing text descriptions according to audio or text, answering survey questions, etc.
  • Practice to improve annotation skills until the task can be done correctly and efficiently.
  • Start tasks officially after the practice period, completing the assigned workload every day.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role (e.g., team lead or supervisor).

Above average communication skills.

Preferred: Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks.

College graduate is a must, but those with relevant experience will be considered.

Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.

Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite.
