Hotel Reservation Representative

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Reservation Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing information or assistance via phone or written correspondence.

You will communicate with customers to resolve concerns and address questions in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will process mail, fax, and internet mail to facilitate customer support.

Your primary objective will be to gather critical information from customers and address their needs effectively.

Requirements:
  • Open to college graduates without experience
  • High school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience are also considered
  • Excellent English communication skills are necessary
  • BPO experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work onsite within 25-35 km of the location
