AI Enhanced Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy individual to support our team remotely in administrative, operational, and AI-integrated functions. This role goes beyond traditional virtual assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage AI tools to automate and enhance business operations
  • Support AI-driven systems for member retention, churn prediction, curriculum tracking, staff scheduling optimization, 24/7 sales and lead management, performance dashboards, cultural feedback, and exit intelligence
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and email inboxes
  • Organize digital files and documents for easy retrieval
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using AI-enhanced tools
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative/support role
  • Highly tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Airtable to streamline tasks
  • Proficient with productivity and communication tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
