Social Media Marketing Role

Virtual Sidekicks is an agency connecting businesses with top virtual talent. We are currently recruiting a Social Media Manager to help our clients enhance their online presence, engage their audiences, and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Content Strategies: Tailor content plans to client goals and objectives
  • Create and Schedule Posts: Produce high-quality content for multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Engage Audiences: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media
  • Track and Analyze Performance Metrics: Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platform updates to keep strategies relevant
  • (Preferred) Plan and Execute Paid Ad Campaigns: Enhance visibility and conversions through targeted advertising

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Manage social media accounts for businesses and organizations
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
  • Strong Understanding: Of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and content marketing principles
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective copywriting, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
