Job Summary

A seasoned Program Lead is required to oversee multiple projects and drive them towards successful completion within set timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all projects have a clear project charter, roadmap, RACI matrix, governance framework, and risk register in place
  • Coordinate project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders to outline project goals and expectations
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to achieve project objectives
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and meetings
  • Proactively manage project risks, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and performance metrics for future reference

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading project delivery, preferably in software development, customer operations, process optimization, or knowledge management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
  • Strong background in process improvements and change management is a plus
