This role is crucial to the success of our education platform by launching new projects that include coordination and management of tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.

  • The Education Project Coordinator will be integral to the launch of new projects, ensuring they are well-coordinated and managed.
  • They will actively support regional operations by providing outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • The role requires seamless operation in a virtual environment, maintaining high standards of people, financial, and academic performance.
  • The Education Project Coordinator will ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards.
  • They will provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
  • The role involves managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • They will manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor all students' academic progress, and help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • The Education Project Coordinator will manage their own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial
