The role of a Compensation and Benefits Manager involves leading internal/external market analysis, including assessment of compensation surveys for the APJ region to develop pay ranges. The goal is to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

This individual contributor role requires excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis, and interpretation skills. The manager will participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead internal/external market analysis to develop pay ranges
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys
  • Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team on process management of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles
  • Design and manage benefits programs
  • Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement
  • Lead training/communications on compensation and benefits programs
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers
  • Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits. They should have strong analytical, project management, and process management skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, along with a strong attention to detail, are also required.

The successful candidate will bring extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and be able to work independently and interact with all levels of management. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
