We are seeking a skilled professional to manage product listings and maintain accurate data on our e-commerce platform.

As an Operations Manager, your role will be pivotal in optimizing product listings, tracking inventory, and assisting with other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update product listings on our marketplace.
  • Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Organize and maintain product inventories in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Handle basic e-commerce management tasks, including order tracking, updating product information, and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to avoid any out-of-stock situations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to manage and analyze data.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially marketplaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
