Digital Operations Listings Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team in a remote, flexible working environment. As a Digital Operations Listings Specialist, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through effective listing creation, optimisation and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate, detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates and booking trends.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve listing errors and ensure seamless integration with multiple platforms including Guesty, Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Set up and optimise new listings across various channels, ensuring consistency in content, pricing and image presentation.
  • Manage suspended listings, complaints and appeals efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Design and update floorplans, maps and marketing materials using creative tools like Illustrator, RoomSketcher and Canva.
  • Provide exceptional support to the CEO, including creating presentations, reports and one-off creatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in short-term rental property management with hands-on knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com and Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations is highly desirable.
