About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to join our European finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director and be responsible for providing strong analytical and reporting skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience working in financial analysis, accounting, or similar. A Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting, or similar is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accuracy of business cases submitted by initiative owners in the Wave project platform.
  • Communicate with initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially) and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking.
  • Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting, and assessing risks and recommend a plan to build gaps.
  • Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis.
  • Contribute in other financial activities such as monthly accounting close & reporting process.
  • Support finance's standing goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and value of financial information produced, via financial tools such as Wave, operational efficiencies, and automation.
  • Support in all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Able to identify and understand the key drivers of business performance.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and influencing skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
