  • Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks, including configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Partner directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, identify root causes, and assist with end-user communications and knowledge bases.
  • Ensure seamless system configuration and potential enhancements to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any IT-related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in using ServiceNow configuration and administration.
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementations, including Knowledge module, Calls module, and Configuration Management.
