Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine ticketing tools
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Active Directory administration
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
