Job Summary

  • Provides competent, timely and error-free customer service to clients in a business center. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory rules and external regulations.

How will you contribute?

  • Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter services and back room tasks as required by the Branch Operations Manual, and in accordance with bank policies and regulatory bodies.
  • Supports the Service Manager in achieving business center service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for client satisfaction.
  • Attends and resolves customer queries and complaints in a quick and efficient manner, including complex complaints that cannot be resolved while clients wait.

What will make you successful?

  • Graduate of a 4-year course or more. A degree in a business or service industry oriented course is an advantage.
  • Ideal candidate has one (1) year experience in branch operations-related work. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Willings to render overtime as needed.
  • Willing to be rotated and/or cross posted to other branches in compliance with the bank's control and service requirements.
  • Acts with sense of urgency and service oriented.
