About the role
This is a full-time Customer Service Representative (Sales Account) role for Atoz-Rachel Motorcycle parts supply' based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The role offers a work-from-home setup, providing an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexibility and work-life balance.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to Atoz-Rachel Motorcycle parts supply' clients, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting with order processing, inventory management, and order fulfilment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, suggesting relevant products and services to drive sales
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to resolve any customer-related issues
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with the motorcycle parts and accessories industry is an advantage
