Financial Management Executive

Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Supervise general administrative functions including procurement and office management.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental goals.
    • Provide training and mentorship to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
