We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with excellent communication skills, a passion for building long-term customer relationships and experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales.
Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling: Engage potential clients to introduce them to our products.
- Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide exceptional customer service, and take orders over the phone and via email.
- Client Check-ins: Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
- A genuine passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
