Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales channels for solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and related items.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies, analyze market demands, and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Assist in formulating the company's product pricing strategy and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback.
  • Provide sales reports, conduct market analysis, and gather customer feedback to suggest product improvements and development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in solar product sales and understanding of the solar energy industry market and product features.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting sales activities and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, with the ability to provide technical support and advice to clients.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience representing solar products, especially in channel sales and system integration (SI).
  • Candidates with experience working with brands like Huawei, Solis, Growatt, Goodwe, Deye, Kstar, etc., will be prioritized.
Other Requirements:
  • Proactive, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and proficient in self-management.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, adept at handling customer issues and complaints.
Salary Range:

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Includes government-mandated benefits and commissions (bonuses).
