- Develop and manage sales channels for solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and related items.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, follow up on sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
- Develop sales plans and strategies, analyze market demands, and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Assist in formulating the company's product pricing strategy and adjust sales strategies based on market feedback.
- Provide sales reports, conduct market analysis, and gather customer feedback to suggest product improvements and development.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in solar product sales and understanding of the solar energy industry market and product features.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting sales activities and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to enhance sales efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of the renewable energy market, with the ability to provide technical support and advice to clients.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience representing solar products, especially in channel sales and system integration (SI).
- Candidates with experience working with brands like Huawei, Solis, Growatt, Goodwe, Deye, Kstar, etc., will be prioritized.
- Proactive, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and proficient in self-management.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, adept at handling customer issues and complaints.
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Includes government-mandated benefits and commissions (bonuses).
