Job Description:

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the sales, strategy/planning, and management department at LG Electronics Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  2. Identify potential clients and offer tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  3. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and long-term partnerships.
  4. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze program profitability, and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
  5. Promote new business sales initiatives through targeted campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with market research and networking opportunities to identify new business prospects.
  7. Establish partnerships with authorized service centers to drive program expansion.
  8. Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
