  • Meet with prospective tenants to showcase the benefits of our properties and negotiate lease agreements.
  • Prepare and execute contracts of lease.
  • Manage rental payments, security deposits, and other applicable fees.
  • Negotiate lease renewals and communicate changes in prices or terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and resolve tenant complaints.
  • Keep tenants informed of any changes to their rental agreement or upcoming events or issues associated with the property.
  • Record and update statements of account for tenants.
  • Prepare monthly rental collection reports.
  • Record and update details of tenants into our computer database.
  • Advertise available properties and conduct property tours as part of our marketing activities.
  • Inspect properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
  • Address tenant complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain and store documents of tenants effectively.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • 23 years old and above
  • Graduate of business/marketing or possessing a degree in real estate is an advantage
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Communication and reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of sales and customer relations
  • At least 1 year related work experience
