The Educational Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the success of students and their families by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and delivering quality customer service.
">Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Instructors: Ensure seamless academic services to students and their families by working collaboratively with instructors.
- Supporting Regional Operations: Maintain operating standards and deliver programs for our students and school district partners.
- Scheduling Classes: Effectively manage class schedules to staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
- Progress Reviews: Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
- Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor.
- Effective communication skills in virtual environments are required.
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is beneficial.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
