About the Role

Educational Support Specialists are key to delivering outstanding academic services to students and their families.

This is a remote job that requires excellent English communication skills.

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will be integral to the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

You will actively support our Regional Operations team and ensure seamless delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with instructors to provide high-quality tutoring sessions.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
  • Support Regional Operations with administrative tasks such as scheduling and data management.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to deliver effective programs and initiatives.
  • Manage class schedules to meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.
Requirements
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
