  • Orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).">
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement.">
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.">
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.">
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures.">
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective.">
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement.">
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.">

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
