**Take Your Bookkeeping Skills to the Next Level**

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensure accurate financial records, and provide administrative support.

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in cloud-based accounting systems: reconcile accounts, process invoices, manage expenses, and handle general ledger entries.
  • Use digital tools to capture, code, and file supplier receipts and invoices; ensure documents are organized and audit-ready.
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable; prepare supplier payments and chase incoming payments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to support accurate job costing: allocate materials, labour, and overhead to relevant projects.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
  • Prepare monthly management reports: profit & loss statements, cash-flow summaries, project cost analyses.
  • Assist with Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation and liaise with external accountants for tax matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Proficiency with digital receipt-capturing tools.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping workflows: invoicing, reconciliation, tracking expenses, and job costing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in both financial and admin tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment where adaptability is key.
