Enterprise Provisioning Support Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Provisioning Support Specialist to provide post-sales assistance to our clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the adoption and effective use of Atlassian products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide billing, quoting, and licensing support to internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new systems and processes to effectively support post-sales activities for Enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Embody the value of 'Don't #@% the customer' by being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize innovative thinking to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions and improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in providing customer and sales support through various channels, including direct and indirect sales.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on empathy, positive language, attentiveness, and active listening.
  • Experience in creating quotes and supporting end-to-end order management processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in high-volume situations.
  • Robust multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to identify process gaps or conflicts and propose effective solutions.
  • A positive attitude, timely execution, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to shift between tasks with ease and proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of software billing and licensing principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is essential.
  • Previous B2B or B2C support experience in providing billing and licensing support.
  • Demonstrated talent in inspiring change from customer feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products, particularly Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Process improvement and project management expertise.
