Key Financial Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support business growth and investment decisions through financial analysis, data evaluation, and CRM system management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate company performance by reviewing financial statements and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
  • Assess alignment between companies and investment criteria
  • Update CRM systems, conduct outreach to business owners, and maintain organization across deals and communications
  • Support investor communication by organizing data and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling and follow-ups
Required Skills:
  • Strong English fluency for clear communication
  • Financial analysis experience with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Expertise in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot and Insightly
  • Comfort with external stakeholder communication via phone calls
  • High organization, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mature professionalism with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Background in private equity, consulting, finance, or investment analysis
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivation in a remote work environment
