Product Analyst

We seek an experienced professional to join our global retail deployment program as a Product Analyst. This is a full-time, remote position with work aligned with the Central European Time (CET) timezone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design and implementation.
  • Own and manage retail projects within global deployment programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure, while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking to inform solution development.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting to support informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, and Sovia inventory tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment, and project management.
  • Skilled in business analysis, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management, and OSS notes.
