Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned integration professional to join our team as an Associate Technical Consultant. This role involves assisting customers in leveraging the Workato platform for seamless integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting, with a solid understanding of integrations and system design principles. They will be responsible for engaging with customers to gather requirements, leading solution design processes, and sharing best practices related to deployment models, governance structures, and integration design and build.

This is a remote role that requires strong collaboration skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. The successful candidate will be able to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time under pressure, and communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to provide technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to achieve value quickly.
  • Gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process jointly with customers.
  • Share best practices from a business and technical perspective, related to deployment models, governance structures, and integration design and build.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements.
  • Become a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries.
  • Participate in and conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
  • Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.
  • Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres.
  • Demonstrated good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations, along with monitoring & management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation.
  • Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite.
