Job Description:

At DXC Technology Inc., we are seeking a Senior Client Support Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life insurance products, services, and processes. They will be responsible for taking inbound/outbound calls to assist clients in their queries and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound/outbound calls to address client queries and concerns.
  • Evaluating problems and complaints of clients and providing proper solutions.
  • Responding to client needs and providing personalized service.
  • Displaying a high level of Call Quality addressing client needs.
  • Answering inbound/outbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

  • A college graduate with a 4-year course or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in call taking and resolving client queries.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable demeanor with a natural flair for great customer service.
  • A can-do attitude and attention to detail.
  • A real team player who is keen to wear the company brand with pride.
