Job Overview:We're seeking a Helpdesk IT Support Associate to join our team. As a Helpdesk IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate complex problems to senior technicians when necessary, document and track all technical issues and resolutions, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to clients via various communication channels
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary
- Documenting and tracking all technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
- College Graduate or 2yrs College Completer
- Strictly must have at least 2 years ITSD BPO Experience
- Can consider 2 years TSR BPO Experience or IT Graduate with 2 years IT Related Experience with (SNow & Active Directory Exp)
