We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of ChatGPT. The role involves accurately entering finalized notes into multiple platforms while maintaining confidentiality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using ChatGPT.
- Enter finalized notes into various platforms (3-5 systems).
- Maintain consistent formatting, clarity, and accuracy in documentation.
- Organize and track notes using Airtable and other task management tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Work Arrangement
- Part-time, flexible hours based on workload and deadlines.
- Remote position.
Requirements
