About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Site Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in clinical research and healthcare to drive site engagement and activation for our diagnostics trials.

The ideal candidate will have experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech, and possess a deep understanding of how doctors work, including how specialties function, how referrals happen, and how the U.S. system delivers care.

In this role, you will design and execute doctor outreach campaigns, research and filter doctors using various tools, and build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic. You will also manage outreach coordinator(s), assign work, check quality, and coach improvement, as well as run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation
  • Research and filter doctors using tools like ChatGPT, Google, NPI Registry, Definitive, etc.
  • Build targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic
  • Manage outreach coordinator(s) — assign work, check quality, and coach improvement
  • Run email sequences in Mixmax or similar tools
Requirements:
  • You've run high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • You understand how doctors actually work — how specialties function, how referrals happen, how the U.S. system delivers care
  • You know how to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients, and how to filter them
  • You're systems-driven — you build playbooks, workflows, and logic trees
  • You're capable of managing junior staff (coordinators, VAs, SDRs) and getting the best out of them
  • You're excellent at written communication and can write persuasive outreach copy
  • You're comfortable in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and using Google Sheets or lightweight CRMs
