Job Title: TikTok Shop Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketing campaigns for 5–10 TikTok Shop accounts simultaneously, including product listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive e-commerce results. Create sub-accounts to re-post content.
  • Build relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with creators to produce engaging on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, traffic, and sales, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with agency employees and clients to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in affiliate marketing (3+ years).
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands (1+ year).
  • Agency experience required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
