At MicroSourcing, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns across various platforms. You will be responsible for uploading creative assets, ad copy, and tracking changes to ensure campaign performance is optimized.

You will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance daily to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to inform business decisions.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results. You will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and maintain trackers and campaign documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Your expertise in digital marketing and PPC principles will be essential in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our marketing efforts are always innovative and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
