DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development, deployment, and maintenance of our big-scale data warehouses.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems to ensure seamless deployment of Power BI and Snowflake solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company, transforming its data platform by reorganizing its layers and implementing a new framework for data consolidation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure DevOps, Git, and infrastructure as code principles, as well as proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for data platform components
  • Collaborating with Data Engineers to ensure seamless deployment of Power BI and Snowflake solutions
  • Developing automation scripts and monitoring tools using Python
  • Ensuring secure and compliant environments for data processing and reporting
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Azure-based platform infrastructure and deployments
Requirements
  • Solid experience in CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks
  • Familiarity with deploying and managing Power BI reports and Snowflake environments
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and infrastructure as code principles
  • Experience in data platforms or analytics environments is a strong advantage
