Job Title: Zoho Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our migration and management of core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Migrate data from existing systems to Zoho with minimal disruption, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
  • Set up integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or Pabbly Connect, leveraging automation tools to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency, eliminating manual errors and improving accuracy.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles, and establish best practices for system use, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One, particularly in data migration and automation, with a strong understanding of business process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools, such as Deluge scripting and third-party integrations, with experience in integrating Zoho APIs with e-commerce and payment gateway applications.
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for the retail industry, with excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation, with experience in managing complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho, with a track record of driving business growth through digital marketing strategies.
