As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing listings and providing operational support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing regular reports on listings performance, revenue, and occupancy.
  • Analysing reservations data, including confirmed and cancelled bookings.
  • Managing suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on various platforms.
  • Resolving listing errors and discrepancies in multiple systems.
  • Setting up and optimising new listings, including content creation and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure all listings are accurately tracked and up-to-date.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Hands-on experience with short-term rental property management platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
  • Proven ability to create, optimise, and manage listings effectively.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage escalations and customer issues.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
