Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day financial operations of our business. This role involves leading key areas such as accounting, costing, and compliance.

We're looking for someone who has a strong background in general accounting, tax, and regulatory documentation. Experience in an eCommerce, FMCG, or SME environment is highly desirable.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a small but mighty team and build efficient processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and monthly closings
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and cash flow
  • Manage government compliance requirements (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGU business permits)
  • Handle audit readiness and support reviews from internal or external parties
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — required
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm handling audit and regulatory compliance
  • Strong background in general accounting, tax, and regulatory documentation
  • Working knowledge of government reporting and compliance processes
  • Experience in an eCommerce, FMCG, or SME environment is a strong plus
