Job Overview

As an online customer service professional, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support to customers across multiple online stores.

This role requires a reliable and driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide personalized solutions to customers' queries.

Responsibilities include managing orders, returns, refunds, and shipping, responding to product inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is solution-focused.
  • Manage orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and administrative updates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to product inquiries using product guides and resources to provide accurate recommendations and drive sales.
  • Investigate and resolve 'Where is my order?' (WISMO) queries by following up with shipping providers.
  • Apply goodwill gestures, such as credits, to build strong customer loyalty and retention.
  • Participate in daily check-ins with the team and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the onshore customer service team to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience in an online retail environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone across different customer types.
  • Proactive attitude with strong initiative and attention to detail, coupled with a friendly team-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones including weekends if required.
