  • Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Senior Leadership professional to join our team as a Senior Team Captain. This role will involve leading a team of professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Team Management:

    • Manage a combination of autonomous accounts, teams, and team members.

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

  3. Performance Quality Management:

    • Monitor and assess team performance, providing timely feedback and coaching to improve results.

    • Ensure team members meet client needs and company KPI targets.

  4. Logistics:

    • Ensure team members and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels.

    • Recommend alternative solutions to products or tools used by the company.

  5. Internal Coordination:

    • Work with senior managers to develop career paths for team members.

    • Assist in creating comprehensive training plans for team members.

  6. External Communications:

    • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their key contacts and unique requirements.

    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional client value.

">Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership supervision roles.

  • At least 3 years of client-facing experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.

  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology, systems, and applications.
