Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Data Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately processing vendor bills across multiple entities.

This role involves receiving, reviewing, and entering bills into our financial management systems in various currencies, ensuring timely data entry and supporting our finance team's efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering vendor bills into our system.
  • Applying the correct currency for invoices.
  • Verifying bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and account coding.
  • Maintaining timely data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing.
  • Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Assisting in reconciling accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1+ year of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
  • Proficiency in financial management software; experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.
