Job Title: Financial Clerk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.
  2. Performing account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.
  3. Conducting reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.
  4. Managing data entry and overseeing bank reconciliation process.
  5. Gathering data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.
  6. Preparing balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.
  7. Maintaining strict confidentiality of company books and records.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.
  2. Someone with knowledge of US Taxation is preferred.
  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.
  5. With a good background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel.
  6. Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
  7. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  8. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
  9. Proactive attitude.
  10. Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Work Arrangement:
US work hours (20-40 hours per week). This is a remote job.

Salary Package:
  1. Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500.
  2. Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 45,000.
  3. Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000.
