Key Role in University Outreach

This key role involves identifying and connecting with campus dining professionals across colleges and universities to schedule video interviews and gather information about gluten-free accommodations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate contacts at target universities, including dietitians, dining services directors, student wellness coordinators, and disability services staff.
  • Verify contact information and update the outreach database regularly.
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on university rankings and strategic importance.
Outreach Strategy:
  • Maintain professional communication with universities and specific departments through phone calls and personalized email outreach.
  • Develop effective follow-up strategies to ensure consistent progress.
  • Craft persuasive responses to handle objections and redirect conversations to appropriate contacts.
Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate video interviews with confirmed contacts, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Arrange interviews across different time zones and university schedules.
  • Send timely interview confirmations and reminders to participants.
Database Management:
  • Regularly update the outreach tracker with all contact attempts and interview status in our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records of contact information, interview notes, and metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in CRM systems and Google Sheets, and have experience with video conferencing platforms. A strong organizational skillset, empathy for families dealing with celiac disease, and self-motivation are essential for success.
