Job Description

The role of Digital Marketing Specialist is critical to the success of our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media platforms.
  • Design and create visual content, including graphics, captions, and videos that effectively communicate our services and values.
  • Assist with website updates to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Run targeted online ads to attract new clients and drive business growth.
  • Monitor campaign results and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Support email marketing initiatives to engage our community and build relationships.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management, landing pages, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to create high-quality visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic website principles and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in the disability or healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
