Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on leasing trends, current rental rates, and competitor activities.
  • Lease Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other conditions with prospective tenants to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of leadership or people-handling experience.
