Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and operational activities across North Luzon commercial properties
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal disruption to building operations
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives
  • Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
  • Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests
  • Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients
Performance Optimization
  • Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements
  • Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the North Luzon property cluster
  • Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs
Team Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and compliance records
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance with experience managing multiple commercial properties
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), local regulations, and maintenance management software
  • Proven team management abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong client relationship management experience
  • Ability to travel across assigned properties
