We are seeking an experienced Market Planning Specialist who can drive company growth by analyzing and validating the potential of various provinces using both internal and external data sources.

The successful candidate will identify mini-markets within each province using different market planning principles, enabling brand growth and continuous improvement through frequent post-analyses.

You will evaluate trade area gaps and present recommendations & informed decision-making strategies for site selection, pipeline development, and resource allocation.

Working closely with cross-collaborative teams, you will align strategies with national objectives, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth across all markets.

What We Are Looking For
  • Candidates with extensive knowledge of business development, strategic planning, or market research in regions such as North Luzon, South Luzon, or VisMin.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in business development, strategic planning, or market research.
  • Proven advanced analytical and business skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to engage in extensive field work.
