  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in green infrastructure and energy projects. Industry certifications preferred.
  2. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC, chiller, and utility systems. Proven expertise in measurement & verification, instrumentation, and sensorization.
  3. Green Infrastructure and Energy Management: Proven experience in green infrastructure and energy management, with strong understanding of environmental policies and regulations.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel.
