Overview of Job Role

The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our program, including the oversight of technical resources. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop relationships with clients and organizations to assess their technology needs.

  • Proactively identify and offer solutions that meet client needs while remaining cost-effective.

  • Deliver infrastructure services according to agreed SLA and develop metrics reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a previous role or experience in managing a team of Service Desk Specialists.

  • ITIL Certified and background in Cloud infrastructure is a plus.

  • At least 5 years working in an Operations Management function and Agile experience.

  • Six Sigma Certification (Green or Yellow belt) is desirable.
